THE EVENT LANDSCAPE:
CAFAA's virtual conference platform has three main components, each having their own purpose, unique website address and links. Registration data is shared in-common.
The REGISTRATION Hub is where you can manage all the data related to attendance.
The ATTENDEE Hub is the actual event site.
The EXHIBITOR Portal is where Exhibitor Administrators will complete the setup of their booth(s)
This will be the first year for online conference registrations integrated with an online payment processor. And because this virtual event requires us to collect more information from each attendee and exhibitor than usual; e.g. your consent to receive a Welcome Package beverage, the address to send the package, exhibitor administration info. and etc., we are offering the following to help all of us manage the registration process.:

If you are an EXHBITOR SPONSOR or a GOLD or SILVER CONFERENCE SPONSOR, we recommend that you send your Registration form to CAFAA for entry.

REGISTRATIONS ARE SCHEDULED TO OPEN ON DECEMBER 18, 2020. We will send the URL and link to you at that time so that you can register yourself.
