THE EVENT LANDSCAPE:

CAFAA's virtual conference platform has three main components, each having their own purpose, unique website address and links. Registration data is shared in-common.

The REGISTRATION Hub is where you can manage all the data related to attendance.

* this is where you register for the event and manage all of your registration information

* this is where you can change anything after you register; e.g. add additional attendees, add an additional exhibit table, modify, cancel or transfer your registration to another person

* during or after registration, you can select the session(s) that you will be attending at the conference

The ATTENDEE Hub is the actual event site.

* you can access and update your profile

* you can select or change the sessions you will attend

* you can access your personal schedule

* you can click to attend sessions or the vendor expo,

* you can see who else is attending, exhibiting and/or sponsoring

* you can setup meeting appointments and network with others

* you can access the recorded sessions after the conference

The EXHIBITOR Portal is where Exhibitor Administrators will complete the setup of their booth(s)

* a link to the site will be sent to the Administrator after your booth has been created. The creation of the Booth is prompted by registration.

REGISTRATIONS

This will be the first year for online conference registrations integrated with an online payment processor. And because this virtual event requires us to collect more information from each attendee and exhibitor than usual; e.g. your consent to receive a Welcome Package beverage, the address to send the package, exhibitor administration info. and etc., we are offering the following to help all of us manage the registration process.:

You can either:

<<  Use the form to enter your own when online registrations open. Do not send the form to CAFAA, if you will be registering yourself

- or -

<<  Send the form to CAFAA to enter the registration for you. Forms may be sent at anytime.

If you are an EXHBITOR SPONSOR or a GOLD or SILVER CONFERENCE SPONSOR, we recommend that you send your Registration form to CAFAA for entry.

REGISTRATIONS ARE SCHEDULED TO OPEN ON DECEMBER 18, 2020.  We will send the URL and link to you at that time so that you can register yourself.
