Free Online Training: Two-Way Emergency Communication Systems – Intermediate Review

Course Overview:

This free, intermediate-level training provides an in-depth review of Two-Way Emergency Communication Systems as required by CBC Sections 1009, 403, and 3008.

Participants will explore the applicable codes and standards, including NFPA 72 Chapter 24, to gain a clear understanding of how to select UL 2525-listed systems that meet all safety code requirements.

Additional topics include custom signage options, site-specific off-site notifications, and the role of the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) in system approval.
