CAFAA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

There are two ways for you to submit your application: 1) online with integrated payment processing or 2) if you wish to complete a paper-copy of the Member Application, click the link below for a printable copy of the Application.  Submit it to info@cafaa.com or fax it to 888.607-5959.  You will need to coordinate your payment with the CAFAA Administrator.

To finalize your online application, select either:

    • 'pay online' with a credit card which immediately activates your membership
      or 
    • 'invoice me' .  Your membership will be activated with payment receipt.

Note:  If you are joining mid-year, your dues amount will be pro-rated for the period that you will be an active member in the current membership year (with the exception of Affiliate Memberships).
